Highball Ballroom, February 26th, 11:00 PM, Free admission

We thought the apocalypse would only come once. We were wrong. We’re speaking of Karaoke Apocalypse, of course, which was such a huge hit in November, December and January that we had to bring it back.
If you don’t know what Karaoke Apocalypse is all about, allow me to give you a vision into the world of live band karaoke. The Dead Motley Sex Maidens will shred as you take the stage and show off your skills as lead singer, singing some of the greatest metal, new wave and punk songs music lovers have ever heard. The last show brought us covers of Danzig, Billy Idol and Pat Benatar that brought the house down. Not literally, of course. That’d just hurt.
The Apocalypse starts at 11 p.m. and there’s no cover. Show up early and grab a signature drink or one of The Highball’s many beers on tap. After all, what’s a good karaoke performance without a few lifted spirits? For those about to rock on February 26th, we salute you.
